Conversely, cross-border, pan- or transcontinental cases that require expertise in several laws and jurisdictions are handled by the lawyers, legal advisers or jurists of the relevant Concordial LLP network. These professionals will then work closely with the local courts concerned, including with the lawyers, legal advisers or jurists of the local concordial office, where the concordial network has one.
