Xavier Huberland advises entrepreneurs and their companies, asset managers and local and state public bodies on a wide range of issues relating to international development and corporate structuring. For over 30 years, Xavier has helped companies expand across continents, with particular expertise in Africa, where he has assisted project companies in over 28 countries. In this context, he has developed considerable know-how in international tax structuring.
He has developed particular expertise in assisting high-profile projects and companies in the medical and hospital sector (manufacturing plants for medical products and devices, setting up clinics and hospitals), in the energy transition sector (decarbonization of processes, CO2 storage, H2, solar, wind, hydro, etc.) and in the education sector (setting up schools – higher and university -, developing education processes, IT projects).
Xavier has lived in Belgium, Spain, Tunisia and Mauritius.
