REGULATION
Concordial Presence Maroc sarlau is dedicated to Moroccan law matters (excluded reserved activities in Morocco).
Concordial International is dedicated to foreign law matters.
The word & partner is used to refer to a director of Concordial Presence Maroc sarlau or Concordial International sarlau, or an employee or consultant with
equivalent standing and qualifications, and to a partner, member, director, employee or consultant in another Concordial Network Entity who has equivalent standing.
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Our professional indemnity insurer is covers providing our legal services in the world. In certain jurisdictions professional indemnity insurance is required to be placed
locally in accordance with statute or regulation. Where there are such requirements we have policies in place to meet these obligations, details of which can be supplied on request.
