The word » partner » is used to refer to a member of Concordial or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications, and to a partner, member, director, employee or consultant in another Concordial Network Entitity who has equivalent standing.

PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Our professional indemnity insurer covers our practices in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and Asia and extends to acts and omissions wherever they occur in the world.
In certain jurisdictions professional indemnity insurance is required to be placed locally in accordance with statute or regulation. Where there are such requirements
we have policies in place to meet these obligations, details of which can be supplied on request.
OUR SERVICES
We are committed to providing the highest quality services to all of our clients. Please tell us if something goes wrong by contacting the matter partner responsible for your work, the matter partner will supply you with a copy of our complaint handling procedure on request. Making a compliant will not affect how we handle your case.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint ourselves, clients (and/or their legal representatives) have the right to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving the final written response to your complaint from this firm. A complaint must ordinarily be referred to the Legal Ombudsman no more than :
- six years from the act or omission which gave rise to the complaint; or
- three years from the date when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
